Delete My ProductionPro Account

Please read this carefully. Deleting your account is permanent and data loss is irreversible.

Note: If you have an account through your work, school, or other group, contact your administrator to delete your account.

You're about to submit a request to delete your personal ProductionPro account, which provides access to various products and services. If you delete your account, you will no longer have access to those products and services, and you will no longer be able to log into or restore your account or the data you stored with ProductionPro. You may still be responsible for charges you've incurred.

Please make sure that you have a local copy or backup of your files, photos, videos, and other projects (collectively "content") that are stored with ProductionPro before you request permanent deletion of your account. All content will be removed from ProductionPro’s servers and cannot be retrieved.

Here are the consequences of deleting your ProductionPro account:

  • You will lose access to your ProductionPro applications and services;
  • You won't be able to use your email or password credentials to sign in to ProductionPro;
  • Any content contributed by any user to any production of which you are the owner will automatically be scheduled for deletion from ProductionPro’s servers;
  • Content you’ve contributed to productions of which you are not the owner will remain, but will no longer be associated with your information – for example, media you've provided will show as uploaded by “Deleted User”;
  • You will be removed as a user from any production of which you are not the owner and you will lose access to any content to which you’ve had access via the ProductionPro products and services.
